Responsible Gambling at 11pk

Gambling is entertainment — and like all entertainment, it works best within boundaries you set yourself. 11pk provides real, accessible tools that help you stay in control of your play at all times.

18+ Only — Gambling Involves Risk — Play Responsibly

Gambling Done Responsibly

At 11pk, responsible gambling is not a legal checkbox tucked away in a terms document. It is a core part of how we operate. We know that the vast majority of Pakistani players who enjoy cricket betting during a PSL matchday or spin the live roulette wheel on a Friday night are doing so purely for entertainment. We want to keep it that way.

Gambling should never be used to solve financial problems, recover previous losses, or generate income. It is a form of leisure that carries real financial risk. For most players, that risk is well-managed. For a minority, gambling can escalate into something harmful — and when that happens, we want our tools, our information and our support to be immediately available.

Every registered 11pk player — whether playing from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi or any other city — has access to a full suite of responsible gambling controls directly from their account settings. These are not hidden features. They are front and centre because we believe a player who is in control of their gambling is a player who can genuinely enjoy it.

18+

Strictly Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable licensing jurisdiction, to register or use the 11pk platform. Being 18 does not automatically make online gambling lawful in Pakistan — local law governs your participation.

Key Responsible Gambling Facts
  • Gambling is entertainment — not an income strategy
  • Only wager money you can afford to lose entirely
  • Chasing losses leads to bigger losses — stop and step back
  • Set limits before you start — not after you have a problem
  • Take regular breaks regardless of whether you are winning
  • Alcohol and emotional distress impair gambling judgement

Your Player Protection Toolkit

Every one of these tools is available to you right now, free of charge, from your 11pk account settings. No waiting period, no fees — just practical controls that work.

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your 11pk account. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Increases to a limit take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling period — reductions take effect immediately.

Loss Limits

Cap the total amount you can lose over a set daily, weekly or monthly period. This is one of the most effective tools for preventing sessions from escalating beyond your comfort zone. Loss limit reductions are applied immediately; increases require a 24-hour review period.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session duration. When your allocated time is up, you will receive an on-screen notification and, where configured, be automatically logged out. Regular time checks help prevent the kind of extended sessions where awareness of time — and spending — tends to slip.

Cool-Off Periods

Take a short break from betting without permanently closing your account. Cool-off periods range from 24 hours up to 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, place bets or make deposits. Promotional communications are suspended for the duration. The period cannot be shortened once activated.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion permanently blocks your access to the 11pk platform for a minimum period of six months, or longer as you choose — including permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the minimum period has elapsed and a formal reactivation review is completed. All marketing is halted immediately.

Reality Checks

Enable periodic on-screen pop-ups that display your session duration, net win/loss for the current session and your total activity for the day. Reality checks are a simple but powerful way to maintain awareness without having to track anything manually.

How to activate these tools: Log in to your 11pk account, navigate to Account Settings > Responsible Gambling, and select the tool you want to enable. Alternatively, contact our support team at [email protected] and we will activate any restriction on your behalf, typically within one business hour.

Set Limits That Work for You

Daily Limit

Resets every 24 hours. Best for players who want tight day-to-day control over spending in PKR.

Weekly Limit

Resets every 7 days. Useful for budgeting around weekly income or events like PSL fixtures.

Monthly Limit

Resets on a calendar-month basis. Ideal for players who prefer a broader monthly budget view.

Custom Period

Set limits aligned to your own schedule — for example, covering an ICC tournament window or a specific series.

Important: Limit increases are never applied immediately. A mandatory review and cooling-off period applies before any increase takes effect. This is a deliberate safeguard — decisions to increase limits should never be made impulsively in the middle of a session.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually and is often hard to recognise in yourself. If any of the following statements feel familiar — for you or someone you know — it may be time to seek support or activate a break.

You spend more money or time gambling than you originally planned, and find it difficult to stop once you start.

You return to gambling after a loss with the intention of winning back what you lost — known as "chasing losses".

Gambling is causing financial stress — you are using money meant for household expenses, rent, utility bills or family obligations.

You have borrowed money, sold possessions or asked friends or family for funds to finance gambling activity.

You feel restless, irritable or anxious when you try to cut down or stop gambling.

You conceal your gambling activity from family members, friends or colleagues.

Gambling is negatively affecting your work, studies, relationships or mental health.

Recognising these signs is a positive first step. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Contact 11pk support to activate an immediate account restriction, and consider speaking with a mental health professional or a recognised support organisation in your region.

Ask Yourself These Questions

If you answer "Yes" to two or more of the questions below, we strongly encourage you to activate a cool-off period or contact support for a confidential conversation.

Q1Have you ever gambled with money that was set aside for essential expenses like food, rent or utility bills?
Q2Do you find yourself thinking about gambling when you should be focused on work, family or other responsibilities?
Q3Have you ever tried to cut back on gambling but found yourself unable to do so for more than a few days?
Q4Do you feel a need to gamble with progressively larger amounts of money to get the same level of excitement?
Q5Have you ever lied to someone close to you about how much time or money you spend on gambling?
Q6Have you ever felt depressed, hopeless or suicidal as a result of gambling losses?
Q7Do you gamble as a way of escaping stress, anxiety, family problems or financial difficulties?
Q8After losing, do you feel a strong urge to return as soon as possible to win the money back?
This self-check is for personal reflection only — it is not a clinical diagnosis. If your answers concern you, please reach out to 11pk support or a qualified counselling professional.
Support & Resources

If you are struggling with gambling-related harm, support is available. We recommend reaching out to a qualified mental health professional or counselling service in your area. Internationally recognised responsible gambling organisations — such as GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous — provide confidential help to individuals wherever they are located.

GamCare — provides free information, support and counselling for problem gambling (gamcare.org.uk). Available online and by phone.

Gamblers Anonymous — a peer support fellowship for people who identify as compulsive gamblers (gamblersanonymous.org). Meetings and online resources available internationally.

How Self-Exclusion Works

Self-exclusion is the most comprehensive player protection tool available on 11pk. Once activated, it blocks your access to the platform entirely for the agreed exclusion period. This is not a pause — it is a full lock that cannot be overridden.

We take self-exclusion requests seriously. If you contact us requesting self-exclusion, we will process it as the highest priority. There is no attempt to talk you out of it, no "are you sure?" delay tactics, and no waiting period before the restriction takes effect.

Once self-exclusion is activated, 11pk will suspend all promotional marketing to your registered email address and mobile number immediately. Any winnings accrued through prohibited play during a self-exclusion period will be voided in line with our Terms & Conditions.
Self-Exclusion — Step by Step
1
Decide Your Exclusion Period

Choose from 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or permanent exclusion. There is no wrong choice — longer is generally safer if you are experiencing significant gambling harm.

2
Submit Your Request

Log in and navigate to Account Settings > Responsible Gambling > Self-Exclusion, or contact support directly at [email protected]. Requests via email are actioned as a priority.

3
Instant Account Lock

Your account is locked immediately. You will receive a confirmation email. Login attempts during the exclusion period will be blocked — no exceptions and no override pathway for the minimum exclusion duration.

4
Remaining Balance

Any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via a payment method approved by our compliance team, subject to the standard withdrawal KYC process.

5
Reactivation After Exclusion Period

At the end of your exclusion period, reactivation is not automatic. You must submit a formal reactivation request, which is subject to a minimum 7-day review period during which you are encouraged to reflect on whether returning to the platform is the right decision.

Protecting Young People from Gambling

Underage gambling is a serious concern and 11pk has zero tolerance for it. We require age and identity verification as part of our KYC process, and we reserve the right to request verification documentation at any point. Any account found to belong to a person under the applicable minimum age will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

If you share a device with younger family members — whether in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or elsewhere — we strongly recommend using operating-system-level parental controls or dedicated parental-control software to prevent access to online gambling platforms. Keep your 11pk login credentials private and never allow minors to use your registered account under any circumstances.

If you believe a minor has registered on 11pk or is using an existing account, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action without delay.

No Access for Minors

Registering on behalf of, or sharing access with, anyone under the minimum legal age is a breach of our Terms & Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

Suspected underage access? Contact support immediately.
