Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details — is truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
11pk is required to verify the identity, age and, in certain circumstances, the source of funds of its players. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before deposits are processed, withdrawals are approved, or bonus funds are released:
You must not submit altered, cropped, digitally modified or otherwise falsified documents. Submitting fraudulent documentation is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination, permanent ban, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a Withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Delays in KYC completion may temporarily restrict Account functionality.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 11pk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using different identities, or via shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as authorised by you unless you notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. All deposits made to your 11pk Account must originate from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as processing times, are determined by the payment method selected and are subject to change without prior notice.
The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment options for informational context. Availability of any specific payment channel — including mobile wallets or bank transfers — is subject to current operator support, technical integration, and applicable financial regulations. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are for contextual familiarity only and do not constitute endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor do they guarantee that those providers will process gambling-related transactions.
Where supported, the Platform displays amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Exchange rates, where applicable, are determined by the payment processor at the time of the transaction. 11pk is not responsible for currency conversion losses.
If a deposit fails or is reversed after funds have been credited to your Account, 11pk reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from your Account balance. Any winnings derived from funds credited in error may be voided.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met: your Account KYC verification is complete and approved; your Account is in good standing; there are no pending investigations into your Account; and applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds have been satisfied.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and any internal review requirements. Indicative processing times will be displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. 11pk does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.
As part of our anti-money laundering controls, withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount. Profits in excess of deposited amounts may be withdrawn via a method approved by the compliance team following satisfactory KYC review.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. Requests below the minimum will not be processed. Large withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced due diligence and may be paid in scheduled instalments at 11pk's discretion.
11pk may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, refer-a-friend credits and other promotions. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits and contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
11pk reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close an Account, where it determines that a Player has attempted to exploit promotional offers in bad faith — including through the use of multiple accounts, co-ordinated play, or wagering strategies designed to circumvent bonus conditions.
No bonus or promotional offer is guaranteed, unlimited or permanent. 11pk may withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time without prior notice, subject to not adversely affecting bonuses already credited to an active Account.
All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify that all bet details — including selection, stake amount and market — are correct before confirming any wager. 11pk will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a manifest technical error has occurred.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: a technical malfunction causing incorrect odds to be displayed; a sports event being cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; or evidence of market manipulation or match-fixing affecting the relevant event.
Maximum payout limits per bet, per game session or per day may apply across specific markets and games. Where applicable, these limits are displayed in the relevant game or market interface. Winnings above stated limits may be adjusted to the maximum cap.
In the event of a game malfunction, 11pk will endeavour to restore the affected game to its last known valid state. Where restoration is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account. No compensation is payable for losses resulting from a game malfunction beyond stake return.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game assets, software code and compiled databases, is the intellectual property of 11pk or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
You are granted no intellectual property rights by these Terms other than the limited licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment as described herein. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, sell, licence or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 11pk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11pk, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any gambling losses sustained during Platform use.
11pk's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements and any funds subject to a fraud or AML investigation) will be returned to the Player via a method determined by 11pk's compliance team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 11pk holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.
Players located in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani courts may apply local law — including gambling-restriction statutes — to any dispute and that the enforceability of these Terms in Pakistan is not guaranteed. Participation in online gambling from Pakistan is undertaken at the Player's own legal risk.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact 11pk support in writing and allow a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) for an informal resolution to be sought in good faith.
11pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
